Accor strengthens its position as a hospitality leader in Central and Eastern Europe. Thanks to agreement signed with Bajcsy Invest Kft., the group will open a new Mercure hotel in the second largest city in Hungary. The newly built property will offer 135 modern and comfortable rooms and 20 apartments located over 4 floors. Guests could also benefit from restaurant, bar, café and fitness facilities, while business travellers can also enjoy conference and meeting rooms. The external appearance and elegance of the building will reflect that the arriving guests can expect high-quality services. The architect of Mercure Debrecen responsible for the design of the hotel is the renowned Hungarian BORD Architectural Studio. The hotel is set to open in August 2022.
