The famed tuna port on the Ecuadorian Pacific coast, with its fine sandy beaches and breathtaking scenery, will soon have a new option for travelers: the ibis budget Manta, part of the world leading hospitality group Accor, is scheduled to open this new build hotel in 2026.
The ibis budget Manta will have 111 rooms, a restaurant and a WOJO coworking space. The hotel will be located in a strategic area in the city: a few blocks from the port and one block from the beach, and the development will be carried out by Ecuadorian Hospitality Developers, with extensive experience in hotel projects.
"This new project is expected to become an alternative for travelers to the city, whether for business or pleasure. "The ibis budget concept seeks to provide guests with a pleasant experience at fair prices. The rooms will have a relaxing atmosphere, warm lighting, and are designed so guests have a restful and pleasant stay experience," says Luis Mirabelli, VP Development of Accor Hispanic America & Caribbean - Premium, Midscale & Economy Division.
The ibis budget Manta will be the fifth hotel for the Accor group in Ecuador, which constitutes its commitment to the development of tourism in the country, offering different alternatives for different types of travelers.
