Hotel Costanero MGallery is located within an exclusive part of Montevideo. The Cauce Restaurant and Bar, located in the heart of the hotel, will offer Uruguayan gastronomy fused with Mediterranean influences, giving new life to local classics. Chef Matias Faroppa, with local and international experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, leads this culinary experience.
The Bar will offer Spanish-inspired tapas and a variety of signature drinks. The view of the Río de la Plata on the Rambla República del Perú from the bar will undoubtedly make it a must visit destination in the Uruguayan capital.
The hotel was designed and developed with sustainability in mind. Environmentally friendly elements such as solar panels and an innovative heating and cooling system that allows for thermal insulation of the façade were integrated into the build as part of a commitment to responsible tourism.
Design by Estudio Penha from São Paulo, Brazil, the hotel aims to embody the soul of Montevideo. The design approach took inspiration from the work of local artists, architecture and historic houses from the city to express the urban atmosphere of the MGallery brand.
