Accor, a world-leading hospitality group with over 425 hotels across India, the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey has joined forces with Axonify, a mobile workplace enablement solution, to empower team members in the region to learn and grow professionally.
The Group employs over 35,000 Heartists® across the region, the introduction of this digital learning solution will provide effective learning, communication and real-time engagement around Accor’s lifestyle loyalty programme, ALL- Accor Live Limitless, with teams across 40 countries.
Users will be able to use the platform on a daily basis to discover an array of information about the loyalty programme, ranging from regional processes to the launch of new campaigns. The tool will also allow guest-facing team members to consume information in short bursts and complete 5-minute bite-sized learning modules around Loyalty, to help drive performance and recognition of loyal members.
