AccorHotels has appointed Vivian Yeh as Vice President Digital Marketing Greater China. In her new role, she will lead the marketing team by overseeing the various aspects of branding, loyalty and guest experience with a focus on digital transformation.
Originally from Taiwan, Vivian joins the Group with 20 years of experience in digital marketing from internet advertising agencies, corporate banking and FMCG industry having worked in New York, Taipei, Hong Kong and Shanghai. Specialising in digital strategies, consumer engagement programs and innovative media planning and solutions, Vivian holds an MBA from Binghamton University.
Bobby Ong, Vice President Sales, Distribution, Marketing and Loyalty, AccorHotels Greater China, said, “The areas that Vivian will oversee are essential to the Group’s strategic positioning in Greater China. Her knowledge in digital marketing will help lead the Group’s digital marketing focus program in China and achieve its objective in the region.”

Prior joining with AccorHotels, Vivian was the Head of Digital Transformation and Customer Relationship Management at Mead Johnson and ABInBev Asia Pacific where she was Director of Connection for 6 years.
