The new Novotel Leicester hotel, opening on 16 January 2020, is both stylish and luxurious with design nods to Leicester’s industrial past and innovative touches to make it a truly modern and memorable experience.
One of Novotel’s European flagship hotels, the 154-bedroom hotel has incorporated much-anticipated independent restaurant NineB, which will be providing room service to foodies staying at the hotel. With a central Leicester location, this new build hotel offers style, design, experience, service and location.
The Presidential Suite
Time is always well spent at a Novotel, but none more so than in the new Presidential Suite.
The stunning 60-square meter suite enjoys views of the city and surrounding county. The suite offers a large lounge, separate dining area and a sliding door to a corner bedroom with walk-in double shower and a king size bed featuring a hidden TV in the bedframe.
The hotel features a further nine smaller suites and 38 executive rooms featuring wireless charging for mobile phones.
Dine at NineB
A stylish and bright space, NineB celebrates the best of Leicestershire’s cuisine by supporting local food and drink suppliers, offering all-day dining, snacks, coffee, cocktails and craft beer under one roof. Guests will be able to tuck into a hearty handmade pies supplied by family-run farmers and pie makers Brockleby’s Pies in Melton Mowbray, indulge in a well-deserved pint of NineB’s hand-crafted beer from family-owned brewers Langton Brewery and enjoy NineB’s own aromatic blend of St Martin’s Coffee, Leicester’s first specialty coffee roasters, as well as a variety of other dishes boasting local produce. All of this in addition to the stylish, warm and distinctive new bar, where guests can sprawl out in the comfortable chairs, relax and unwind from a day’s exploring, with a hand-produced artisan gin from local distillery Two Birds Spirits.
Technological touches in the hotel include wireless charging pods on selected bar and restaurant tables as well as in the conference breakout area and state of the art AV integration in the conference spaces.
Novotel Leicester features proprietary technology designed to enable greater interaction between hotel staff and guests – with no traditional reception desk, staff are able to greet guests using mobile devices and interact with them more freely to ensure a more personal experience.
