Accor, world leading hospitality group, expands portfolio of midscale brands in Baltic area. The group has signed an agreement for new Mercure hotel in Klaipeda, Lithuania. New hotel will welcome its first guests in October this year.
With strong and stable pipeline on key regions, Accor strengthen portfolio of globally acclaimed brands. The group has signed an agreement with UAB Ramusis Pamarys for rebranding of already existing hotel to Mercure. New hotel will offer its guests 74 comfortable, modern and refurbished rooms, restaurant with bar. There will be also a relaxation area and conference space to be used by the guests.
This cooperation provided us with great opportunity to expand Mercure portfolio in Lithuania. We are excited to introduce this leading hospitality brand in Klaipeda. The investor of new Mecure hotel is UAB Ramusis Pamarys. This is second, after Mercure Riga, Accor partnership with the company. Both companies are working on the next hotel project in the region to extend the cooperation.

The hotel is Located at 28 Sauliu Street, near the centre of Klaipeda. The rebranding process has been already started, opening of Mercure Klaipeda City hotel is scheduled for October 2021.
