ANDREW BRONISZEWSKI APPOINTED DIRECTOR OF RESIDENCES AT RAFFLES LONDON AT THE OWO
Broniszewski will act exclusively for The OWO Residences, overseeing all residential operations in the Grade II* listed building and ensuring residents have access to the complete range of services and amenities offered by the world-renowned Raffles brand when it opens this winter. His role will involve all aspects of property management providing peace of mind to homeowners.
Bringing over a decade of experience in luxury hospitality, Broniszewski started his career at The Lygon Arms in the Cotswolds. In 2009, he returned to London as the concierge for residential services at luxury development Lancelot Place, Knightsbridge, and in 2010 he joined the pre-opening team as Head Concierge at One Hyde Park, Knightsbridge, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group’s first European branded residences development. Most recently, Broniszewski worked closely with Dorchester Collection to deliver Mayfair Park Residences, their first ever residential management project, which opened in September 2020.

Over the past six years, the landmark Old War Office building in Whitehall has been meticulously restored and re-opens as The OWO with a flagship Raffles hotel with 120 rooms and suites, 85 Raffles branded residences, 11 restaurants and bars including signature restaurants from chef Mauro Colagreco, and dedicated wellness concept with GUERLAIN Spa and active wellness offering by PILLAR.
