The new extended stay brand from Accor debuts in the region

Novotel Living Almaty Jetisu offers 55 comfort class apartments from studios to spacious three-bedroom apartments. Designed by Sundukovy Sisters, they have elegant interiors and well thought-out to the last detail planning. Well-appointed apartments at Novotel Living Almaty Jetisu are fully furnished and equipped with everything guests need for a comfortable living: kitchen corner with high-end appliances from Bosch and stylish kitchen accessories, bedroom, soundproof work area with complimentary Wi-Fi, bathroom with a shower, climate control, smart TV and Yandex Stations smart speakers. With the voice assistant Alice, guests can control the temperature and lighting, turn on music or pull out the built-in transforming bed which is developed according to a special Live N' Dream concept from Novotel, providing guests with a comfortable rest and healthy sleep.
The new dual-branded ibis and Novotel Living hotel opened on site of one of the oldest hotels in Kazakhstan, Jetisu, following a large-scale reconstruction of the building. Located in the heart of Almaty, the hotel is close to the city's main attractions: Arbat, TSUM, Old Square, Green Bazaar, The Park of 28 Panfilov Guardsmen and numerous restaurants and cafes. The hotel is also located within close proximity to the airport and a nearby metro station.
The lobby of the new hotel is a modern, multifunctional space with l oft-style details, conceptual chandeliers, art installations and paintings. Natural and eco-friendly materials feature as highlights of the lobby's design and include plants and vertical greenery that span the height of the lobby’s walls, creating a unique microclimate for guests for work and gatherings. The hotel's interiors also feature archive photographs of the original Jetisu hotel, providing guests with an insight into the hotel's rich history.
Guests are welcome to visit the Line Brew Reserve restaurant, which is located on the ground floor and offers a signature breakfast and a la carte menu for lunch or dinner. The menu features a wide selection of beers produced in the Line Brew’s in-house brewery as well as a variety of steaks. The multifunctional Jetisu complex also includes Sandyq restaurant where guests can enjoy signature dishes that follow old recipes of the nomadic kitchen. The restaurant’s design is inspired by national culture – every detail here reflects centuries-old history and invites you on a journey to traditions of Kazakh people.
Novotel Living Almaty Jetisu provides residents with the opportunity to maintain their balance, wellness and stay in shape in the fitness center. Guests recharge their energy with complimentary access to fitness training equipment from Technogym, including cardio, weight training, stretching and more, as well as two saunas. Laundry services are also provided to allow guests to pack light, get comfortable, and stay a little longer.
For corporate and private events, the hotel offers a 60 sqm Jetisu meeting room - perfect for seminars, workshops and business meetings. The bright and stylish interior sets a productive and engaging atmosphere. The room is equipped with everything required, from comfortable furniture to modern conference equipment: a professional sound system, a wide screen for videos and presentations, as well as air-conditioning. The professional team is always ready to organize an event at the highest level. The hotel's banquet menu will surprise guests with its variety of tastes and serving options: from a light coffee break to a hearty dinner.
Guests traveling with children will be pleased with the family-friendly benefits. Every little guest will receive a special gift from the hotel and two children under 16 years old from the same family will be accommodated free of charge unless they require an extra bed.
