The partnership between Accor and PalmGroupp OU includes opening the very first “By Mercure” hotel in Tallinn and Estonia. Already existing Ülemiste Hotel at Lennujaama tee 2 by Lennart Meri Airport will undergo rebranding, joining Accor’s network. After renovation by Mercure hotel will welcome first guests this Spring. Joining Accor network offers all of the benefits of brand’s international standards of service and quality, including the opportunity to become a member of the global loyalty program ALL - Accor Live Limitless.
The 5-floor hotel will comprise 132 modern and comfortable rooms and suites, business area with 3 meeting rooms as well as gym and sauna for relaxation. There will be also a restaurant and rooftop bar with executive longue. Thanks to excellent location, the hotel will be a perfect and welcoming destination for airport transit guests, but also for various segments such as: sport groups, business travellers, leisure clients and the local community. Hotel will provide guests with 78 parking spots for cars and 4 for buses.
We are delighted to strengthen our presence in Tallinn and to introduce a new brand in the region. I am sure that thanks to its modern design, location and high-quality service hotel will be an excellent addition to Estonian market – says Katarzyna Sławińska, Development Executive Manager, Accor Eastern Europe. – “By Mercure” is intended to welcome high-quality, midscale, neighborhood hotels to the Mercure network, giving property owners immediate benefits of the global brand while providing the required time and flexibility to gradually achieve full Mercure brand status.
Hotels operating as “By Mercure” use their own property name alongside the brand for up to five years, working towards full integration into Mercure family. “By Mercure” assures guests of the same well-recognized international comfort standards, room size, facilities and service quality as a Mercure hotel. The facilities have also implemented Accor’s ALLSAFE label, an accreditation showing that the hotel meets group’s verified trusted health and safety standards.
The new hotel stands out with its unique location. A few steps from the passenger terminal of Tallinn Airport, the intersection of the main roads leaving Estonian capital, constantly developing Ülemiste business district and upcoming Rail Baltic terminal will place the hotel directly to the gate of Tallinn, which makes it a perfect spot for everyone visiting the country – states Janno Rokk, CEO of PalmGrupp OÜ.
The 4-star Ülemiste Hotel by Lennart Meri Airport was opened in 2004. The facility is located within 10-minute drive to Port of Tallinn and Lake Ulemiste, 7-minute drive to the city center and Old Town, and 2-minute walk to Ülemiste Shopping and Business Center.

The localization of the city provide luring coastline dotted with promenades and sandy bitches, that are especially rewarding during the summer but offering great cityscape throughout the year. All of this makes Tallinn perfect holiday destination to combine the comforts of modern world, versatile nightlife and luxurious adventures with rich cultural scene in the local historical setting.
