Munich, 25 November 2021 - Accor, the world's leading hotel group for augmented hospitality, announces the signing of a contract for a new greet hotel in Berlin. The hotel is the brand's second property in Germany and ninth worldwide, following the successful opening of the greet Hotel Darmstadt. Situated in a prime location at Alexanderplatz, it will comprise a total of 61 rooms and is expected to welcome guests as early as February 2022.
From February 2022, the hotel will have 61 rooms in the Pure (standard) and Pop (upgrade) categories, with an existing building on Berlin's Alexanderplatz transformed to house the new greet hotel. The open-plan public area will include a breakfast lounge, business area, bistro, and a 24/7 mini-market with snacks and food.
