Novotel Sofia Received Tripadvisor’s 2021 Travellers’ Choice Award

25 May 2021, Sofia – Novotel Sofia, part of the leading hospitality group of Accor, received one of the most prestigious awards in the industry – the 2021 Traveller’s Choice Award of the global travel portal Tripadvisor. The recognition is presented to the hotel for providing great service and unique experience to its guests and for earning positive reviews and ratings from travellers all over the world over the past year. In this way, Novotel Sofia joins an exclusive club of top favourite hotels, restaurants and tourist sites that are highly evaluated by customers.

In the past year, the hotel successfully adapted its business to the COVID-19 crisis and introduced strict hygiene standards to guarantee the health and safety of its guests, which they appreciated highly in their TripAdvisor rates.
