The AccorHotels group's loyalty program, Le Club AccorHotels, has been honored at the Freddie Awards for the third year running, winning Best Hotel Program of the Year for the Europe/Africa zone.
Le Club AccorHotels was also awarded Best Promotion, Best Redemption Ability and Best Customer Service in that very same zone.
New this year, Le Club AccorHotels also won the 210 Award for the Americas. This is an "up and coming" type of award created by the Freddie Awards to recognize the loyalty programs with the greatest potential of growth in a region.
This accolade recognizes the numerous member-only offers developed over the course of the past year: the launch of "La Collection", our online store which gives members the opportunity to earn and use points in France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and the USA; new and improved "Elite Experiences", which allow members to trade their points for unique experiences at major events (Roland Garros, the VIP box at the AccorHotels Arena, New Year celebrations at the Novotel Times Square...); the introduction of new "Dream Stays" (luxury stays in the Group's most outstanding hotels around the world, only accessible with points); new partnerships (Huazhu, Hertz, Qatar Airways, The Economist, etc.), giving our members even more opportunities to earn and use Le Club AccorHotels points; the integration of Mama Shelter, enabling members staying at one of the brand's unique properties to take advantage of all the Program's Status-related benefits, etc.

Created in 1988, the Freddie Awards give loyalty program members the opportunity to vote for what they consider to be the world's best airline and hotel loyalty programs. Members cast ballots online for their favorite loyalty programs in three separate geographic regions: Europe/Africa, the Middle East/Asia/Oceania & the Americas. This year's Freddie Awards gathered votes from over 4,2 million travelers.
